I added the Disney + add on and it says I'm enrolled. I can not continue the set up portion. When I click the link it takes me to a Disney+ page that never loads. I've tried clearing cache, a different browser, restarting my computer, trying it from my hand held devices and everytime the page just turns not going anywhere. It has been like this for over a week now.
I can imagine the anticipation for starting your Disney+ promotion, jsimm012. Let's work together and find a resolution. Have you also cleared cookies and history? To clarify, you added the promotion, but you have not set up a user name and password yet, correct? Have you tried this via the My Verizon application as well? Check out the steps below.
