I just noticed that I was billed for an international mobile call on April 14th 2021 for 61 mins. I would like to bring it to your attention that this phone call was not made by me or any of my family member on that day. I do not recognize that phone number and in no way I made that call on that day and at that particular time , and and it is completely unauthorized and erroneous. I would like to go ahead and dispute those charges which include the call charges and it’s associated taxes/fees.
I seek out the help of the management in charge to arbitrate my concern and help resolve this issue of this unauthorized international call charges which includes the call charge and relevant taxes.
Also, I would like to voice my grievance of monitoring calls on my bill even though I opted for the convenience of autopay assuming such unauthorized calls would not crop up on my phone bill and I land up paying for calls not made by me or my family members.
