Switched service back to Verizon because I really wanted the LG V60 phone. The Verizon web site and the in store sales person stated the Do More Unlimited plan for one line would cost me $80. My bill and the customer service rep now tell me the cost is $90 not $80. I was certainly misled about the cost.

For clarification, that would be Autopay (with a checking account, debit card, or Verizon credit card) and paperless billing in order to qualify for the $10 monthly discount.

The prices are freely available online. It even states that the prices listed include a $10 autopay discount factored in. If you aren't doing autopay, you factor in an extra $10.
Aha! I did not understand at the time that the listed $80 price included my autopay discount which I have set up. I thought the $80 price was before the discount. I apologize for my misundertanding and thank you for setting me straight.
