Verizon has charged me erroneously for several fees/services that I did not request.

1.  Verizon failed to apply the autopay discount

2. Verizon added device insurance without my consent

3. Verizon charged me device fees that should have been credited with my trade-in devices.

With a total of 4 lines, in the first two months, this has resulted in $369.50 in erroneous charges alone!

$40 per month autopay discount not applied

$88.88 in device payments (should have been credited with my trade ins)

$15.87 in device insurance per month
