I hate even asking, I swear I'm not that person. My order in December was royally messed up by the rep who placed it. I called in about it in January and was told it would be fixed and now everything is even worse than before. I'm about to lose my mind and cancel my service. I keep asking for a supervisor and am told that they are busy. I need to talk to someone who can fix this now before they take an extra $670 out of my bank account that shouldn't be charged.
