I have been trying for months to look at upgrade options for my phone. However, whenever I click "Upgrade Now" in My Verizon account, it goes to a page that says, "Your request could not be processed at this time. Please try again later."
This has been going on for quite some time. Will it ever be fixed?
kbradshaw, we always want to make sure that you're able to manage your account online. Months without being able to process your upgrade is definitely not the experience we want for you.
Please tell us, what browser are you using? Does the same issue occur when using a different browser? Also, what happens when you try to upgrade through the My Verizon app?
