I just switched over from AT&T and I have to say, this has been the absolute worst customer experience I've ever been forced to endure, and I'm still not at a point where I can even send text messages. Should I cut my losses, lower my blood pressure and go back to AT&T? I was frustrated with them, but at least their systems function, and their support doesn't ghost you in the middle of troubleshooting.
