I will no longer be a customer of this company have i spent 20 hours within a 72 hour timeframe not only trying to order a product but have been told to take business elswere, hung up on, lied to and tricked by falsely telling me what i want to hear just to order a phone. then they give me false delivery days. 2 days is actually around 5+ days.
customer support is a joke, website crashes, app doesnt work great, live chat agent takes 3-10 minutes for a responce between responces, when you finally get a live rep on the phone after waiting 30-60 minutes they gaslight you to the end of the day when no one is at work to solve your issues. even tonight i was unable to cancel my plan because the rep didnt want to. this company has turned into a joke were they say you are valued after 20 years of service just to tell you to go somewere else.
in this 20 years of service i have never had and issue but after this last few days. i will never use verizon again.

We'd like to obtain some additional details regarding your experience. What was your initial reason for reaching out to us that led you to being tricked into purchasing a new phone? For what reason, were you advised that a new phone was needed? Shipments for device orders do process within 2 business days (Mon-Fri only) and typically ship within that time frame so long as the order met the shipment cutoff time for processing. When was your device ordered?
