Why are you double-billing me!!  I cancel my plan and now have pre-paid and PAID LAST MONTH the cost of the pre-pay service.  

So why are you continuing to bill me outside of my pre-pay service?

Could it be the charges you incurred prior to your switching to prepaid?

Pay attention to your cycles listed on your bill. Anything paid before moving to prepaid would have been for the last full completer cycle. Anything billed after would have been the billing cycle you weren't charged for yet.

We definitely want to make sure your billing is correct. If you just recently moved over from Postpaid service to Prepaid service, you may be receiving your final bill for Postpaid service.
