I bought an Iphone 12 min from your website. I had to pay 383.20 edge upgrade charge to pay off the phone i traded in. The receipt is in my documents online. It’s on the 11/14 equipment purchase receipt in my online file. I paid with paypal and have receipt from paypal. You are trying to charge me the 383.20 again in my december bill. I spent an hour on the phone with your customer service, he saud it would be fixed. Now i received a message that says you can’t remove the charge. Why? I’m not paying it twice.
