I bought a phone from Apple and when the employee tried to bill it through verizon he said it didnt end up working. We ended up paying for the phone at Apple. What I Later found out is that the transaction went through and now I am being charged for 2 phones. Also getting charged for 2 upgrade fees (that does not make any sense). When I spoke to a representative they said it's not their problem and I will need to sort it out myself. Definitely not going to be easy to figure this out!
