We continue to have the same problem with Verizon constantly dropping calls, calls breaking up, and the "call failed" screen. We've updated the phone with Verizon and still the same problem. Its started earlier this year and has progressively gotten worse. We are in MA (01569). The quality of service has continued to degrade. Need to consider dropping Verizon as it doesn't seem like they are taking it seriously or doing anything about resolving the issue.
That's terrible to hear you've been having this much trouble for almost a year, Irie19. We want to help get things working properly right away. Is this affecting multiple phones?
This is very troubling to hear, we need to take a look into what's going on with your services today. Please send us a Private Note for further assistance.
I am also in the same MA area (01056) and have the same issue. I even went as far as to go buy a new phone from verizon and it is the same issue. I am getting ready to cancel my account. I have to be on call 24-7 for work and can't keep missing calls like this.
I have been experiencing the same issue as of 12/12/2020. What's up Verizon? I have a new (purchased in Sept/Oct 2020) Samsung S10 and experienced calls being dropped. I removed WiFi calling and same issue; I restarted the phone same issue. The only way to make calls was to use landline or WhatsApp. I can be right by my router and have 4G but if I am on a call I see 1x and 2 bars. I was just on with Customer Support and was told that I need a new SIM card. Really? Does everyone now need new SIM cards.
Seems to me that there may be issues with the new 5G network??? Something is definitely not right.
We're sorry to read that you're having issues with calls on your new device. have you had this issue with the device since you got it?
Same issues here in KS—my iPhone really started dropping calls in very specific neighborhoods in town, with "call failed" screen appearing, back in 12/2019-1/2020. Since about 3/2020—the places where I couldn't make or receive calls continued to expand, and added to those issues, terribly broken up audio (to the point of being completely unable to make calls) no matter where I am. As Irie19 said, it has gotten progressively worse. I've done all the troubleshooting I can find online. Very frustrating!
We always want you to have excellent service. We'd like to see what's going on. Let's get to the bottom of this. Please send us a Private Note for assistance.
