Do realize that one of your live chat agents suggested I file a lawsuit in response to what should have been a relatively simple acct/tech issue?Yes, let me be clear...that was offered by your chat agent, not me, as a solution. See screenshots. Seriously crazy. SMH!!! I wasted 5 hours on this tonight. If this issue can't be resolved easily by speaking to a live human, you will lose a decades-long customer.
I forgot to mention that after agreeing to transfer me to a tech agent, the chat agent stopped responding. That let to multiple new chats where the agents stated they couldn't access previous chats. Really?! How can that be? I spent HOURS repeating myself. I am beyond frustrated!!
