Earbuds on us can’t redeem

Can someone please help me redeem this offer and I’ve been going back and forth for a month now with no resolution. I’ve called and have been transferred over and over and I’m sick of it. I was given notification that I could get a pair of free earbuds either the AirPod Pros or Samsung Galaxy buds for signing up with Fios and Wireless within 30 days of each other through Mobile+Home. I called a few weeks ago and was given an AYS ticket and was told I’d be contacted in 3-5 days. No one did. I was told last week that a specialist would contact me in a few days and no one did again. Now today, I spent over an hour trying to get a customer service rep to help but they kept transferring me to another person who also was not helping. I don’t understand how difficult it is to redeem an offer that is set up by Verizon. None of the customer service representatives seemed to know about the promotion and lacked the knowledge to help.

It is a mobile + home offer so I’m not sure which it is.

I also was supposed to get this offer which was in my notifications for it to be redeemed on 11/11/21 and never received. Please assist on this.
