Ebill

I had to change banks and now I am unable to receive my ebill through my new financial institution. I don't and will not sign up for auto pay. I prefer my bill electronically sent to my financial institution. I know this has been a problem for years. Has Verizon cared to resolve it yet?

Yes, I unsubscribe on the Verizon site from electronic billing to receive paper bills but I was still unable to enroll for e-bill through my financial institution. Yes, I have contacted my financial institution and it was made clear Verizon is the problem

I am sorry for the trouble as we always want to see you be able to easily manage the account. Are you presented the options to remove any saved eBill information through your My Verizon account at http://www.vzw.com/myverizon

Hi,

Where would I find those options?

Amber110, thank you so much for the reply. I do apologize, we would only have the options to provide you with the steps on how to sign up with paper-free billing and auto-pay through Verizon Wireless. For any eBilling questions/concerns, you would need to work with your financial institution.

Hello,

I have reached out to my financial institution and I was told Verizon is blocking the e-bill. I guess Verizon is unwilling to be if any assistance on the matter. Verizon knows it is the cause of this issue but doesn't care
