How do you change a person’s/company’s email from going straight to spam? I’ve added to my address book and can’t find any other way to mark emails so they go to my inbox.
Which device are you accessing your email on? Which application are you using? The steps to mark an email or email address as not spam may depend on your email domain, the device or application you use to access your email.

There should be an option under your Spam/Junk folder to remove people from your spam list.
