I am having the exact same problem on the website, several months later. Verizon said it's a third party website that is being redone and they can't help.
You probably never got a solution to your problem. Verizon cares nothing about helping active duty military save money. I have had a terrible experience dealing with them and if you ever deploy - I urge you to SWITCH providers. They will not help you on any level. Impossible to get any issue resolved.
