Since yesterday I have tried numerous times but always got
"There was an error with one of our systems and we're working on it now. We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again in a few minutes."
Is this what others get too? Is there a wide spread web site issue going on currently?
I'd appreciate any info.
I was also on Live Chat yesterday, but the representative had the same issue: he got an error when trying to change the plan for me. Verizon, do you have an estimate as to when the system will be back?
I got the same error.
I believe the website has more traffic than it can handle.
I went into the local Verizon store and got it taken care of.
