Is there a way to escalate an issue beyond the normal customer service line? I’ve been trying to get a problem resolved for 2 months now. Every time I call customer service, the rep tells me a ticket has been sent to the “special team” and I’ll get al call back within 48 hours. Well, it’s been 2 months and NOTHING, I’ll called at least 6-7 times. No one can even tell me who this “special team” is or how to contact them. We’ve been faithful customers since 2015, never had any disconnects or anything. It’s to the point, we’re about to cancel our service if it’s not fixed ASAP.
