Here is the link to get in touch with the CEO'S of Verizon. I have been dealing with a phone charge, unprofessional customer service, double billing and a ton of others things. Verizon may have a great "network" but its not worth the hassle. T-MOBILE is taking over all other companies and Verizon has done nothing to improve their services. Why would i would want to continue giving Verizon my money when youre not able to fix issues within a timely manner.  

I have been told SO many different things from each representative and Customer Care is allowed to hang up on customers with no excuse. Im beyond angry with this company, I have had services since 2008 and its been a total nightmare the past 5-6 years. Please people, don't continue to give them your money.
