Escalation- Poor Service

I have been with Verizon less than 1 week and have spent more than 10 hours on the phone. At every corner, the company has made a mistake. The most recent issue is that, currently, they "can't find" my order in the system (despite me providing the order number, location number, and store order number from my confirmation email) but have charged me over $1000. I've been on hold for over an hour waiting for a Care representative to solve this issue. Does anyone know of a number for an escalations team member or direct line to a Customer Care representative? This entire experience has been miserable.
