I have been having issues with the Disney bundle and Verizon. It is included in my plan and I have enrolled with my email but I am still being charged through Disney Plus. I have had to contact verizon several times and the most recent time I was given a ticket number for whatever escalation team is supposed to be checking it out. It's been 9 days with no response. How do I check the status of this ticket? I am tired of having to contact Verizon every single month that I am being charged for something that is included in my plan. I've been charged twice now from Disney and only given a refund from Verizon for the first time and I am going to be charged about in a few days.
