I called today to get an update on an incident was placed on hold no one picked up. Called back then waited 1 hour 28 minutes got a rep who told me he was transferring me to 2nd level support was on hold for another 50 minutes then the phone rang and rang and rang to a number and no one picked up.. Been a loyal customer for more than 20 years. but now I am looking around for a new cell provider.
Can anyone know how to reach Verizon and get help
