Every email I get is in spanish.

The representative told me there was some option somewhere for it (vague solution). Never could find it, my apps with it are fine, its just the emails always come in spanish.

Have you tried this solution yet when signed into your MyVerizon account online from a computer? Email and text alerts in Spanish?

I certainly understand the importance of being able to read your emails, CHRSOL58. I am happy to assist. To clarify, are only emails from Verizon coming in Spanish or are all of your emails in Spanish? How long have you been receiving the emails in Spanish as well?
