Hello - had an appalling experience so far with Verizon and dealing with their executive relations team is entirely pointless. Shaleen, Virginia, Dana - all pretty incompetent, and frankly incredibly rude. Dana hung up on me because when I asked why I should try doing something a third time when her staff had refused to respond to me previous times - and claims she’s proud of the service she offers.
Anyway, I’ve emailed the exec, and surprisingly got no response from them, presumably their PAs just force it down to these complaints teams where the people who stick out the contact centre for 20 years are put. Does anyone have a direct line to anyone senior? Trying to get a response from someone who has a rudimentary idea of customer experience.
