  • My husband and I went into Verizon to ask about upgrading our phones only to find out unless your a new customer you dont quality for the BOGO offer on the new Samsung phone.  This really makes me feel like Verizon doesn't value there current customers and are willing to  lose them. I can take my phone and go to straight talk or another prepaid company.  They are going to lose me as a customer. Very disappointing experience!

Elizabethgibson19, we never want to hear a customer looking to leave the Verizon Family. Receiving the best deal from a company I do business with is vital. I will be more than happy to assist.
