I have a gift card under my VerizonUp rewards that I claimed but didn't use. I mean, I did not click "Use Now". And now the gift card has expired (it expired Aug 31). I was wondering if there was something that could be done about my reward, because to me it seems silly that it has an expiration date, but if I had just clicked on "Use Now", the gift card that I could have chosen would not have expired. I tried talking to a customer rep, but they just said there was nothing they could do about it. So I am putting up this message in the hopes that there can be something done about it. Thanks.

The number that you provided prompts me to enter the 11-16 digit gift card number, but I do not have the gift card. I only have the 6 digit claim code to claim a gift card. Without the card number, I am unable to talk to anyone.
I'm sorry you're having issues with using your gift card aiyiwu. If it expired we can not reinstate it. If this was from the Verizon Up program, you can call the Verizon Up team at 866-895-5579 to discuss the reward. They can take a look at the reward but cannot reissue it since you did not use it before the expiration date. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
