I am an honest Verizon customer since the past 2-3 years. Since I moved to a different company who used to handle my business verizon account last year, they transferred it to my personal billing. However, I am still seeing the business account info (having account number)on my verizon app and the website. I tried registering again, it says this number is already registered.
I have had almost 10 calls with 10+ business and customer representatives from Verizon who told me that they had created a ticket on 30th March, 2021 which was to be completed in 2-3 business days that was to transfer over my business account to my personal. Every other customer representative is unable to provide any solid solution to me on this as they say that they are not able to de-register or delete my business account.
Crazy thing is I upgraded my phone with the BOGO iphone offer and added another line in my account. When i tried registering with my email-id this time, it picked up the other line as the owner and I could see my number in that account as well but it was not registered. Now I cannot add any student discount, or enroll in any perks of the play more unlimited plan on it since my number is not registered in this account, only the other line that was added is able to. I obviously won't want to pay $240 for two lines in my account. Now all the customer reps say that they can see this personal account with a different account number.
Its no joke where you have to explain your story to all these customer reps repeating the same drill again and again, for almost 2-3 hours daily. Some of them promise me to call back and they don't claiming that I didn't respond! Please check my call history if you would like to. I feel this is a huge bug in the verizon system that no admin is able to de-register my business account so I could re-register it again.
It is my humble request to help me on this issue, because I am at my breaking point and wish to return everything and leave this network that I love due to mere technical issues. Please work with me if needed on this case and get this resolved.

Verizon takes EVERY opportunity to lie and scam to you. In my case "free iPhone 12 mini on us" turned into a $700 charge that Verizon won't budge on. Best thing to do is LEAVE. Port to another carrier. I am paying off my device and doing that. After nine years paying Verizon bills I am so DONE.
