FedEx Shipping

FedEx has to be the absolute worse to deal with when it comes to shipping. Someone has been on site all day to receive a package from Verizon and FedEx marks it as undeliverable business closed when clearly someone is here. Now they want to re-attempt delivery on Monday when Monday is a holiday. At this point I’m just trying to get it held at a FedEx location but of course I can’t bc of restrictions that Verizon has placed on the shipment. At this point I’ve been on the phone with 5 ppl to rectify one small request. FedEx is telling me one thing and Verizon is telling me another. This entire situation is TERRIBLE!
