We switched backmin March 2022 it is almost September I have called and requested the final detailed bill multiple times and I keep getting sent the exact same bill We had two accounts that we switched We need those bills NOW I'm order to pay verizon.... the detailed bills has to include all of this
* Phone number you are submitting for the rebate
* Make and model of the device
* Installment Plan details with the remaining balance of the device
* Name or at least the logo of your previous carrier
Anyone have any idea on how to actually get this.info? Or does Verizon just really not want peoples bills paid?
