Our service was suspended this morning. Our payment was returned. It was absolutely our fault. I called up to make arrangements to take care of it. I made arrangements to pay it on the 30th. Our service could not be reinstated until then. I asked if an exception could be made due to exigent circumstances. I explained that we have been displaced due to Hurricane Irma. It cost us 5000.00 to get into our new home. We are also foster/adoptive parents of 8 children. We have been with Verizon for 12 years. I was absolutely stonewalled. Is there anyone higher up that I can contact? Thanks in advance.
you can call back and ask for retention department .but if cervices is interpreted then you might have to pay past due bal before it can be restored..hopefully it works out for you.
