I’m here because I’ve paid my phone bill continuously and would like someone to look into my device financing limitations. I’ve even had Verizon accounts in the past paid off. I don’t owe Verizon any money at all. My credit isn’t the best, but my payment history is very good. There’s been some fraud on my credit report, which obviously temporarily lowered my credit and my payment history, but they are aware of the identity theft and the collections will go away eventually.
Can someone look into this?
I would like to..
A.) know my financing limit, total and remaining with my current device
B.) increase my financing limit if possible

Getting a new phone is always an exciting time. The Device Payment financing isn't something that can be changed. Periodically the account is reviewed automatically for any limit changes. Are you currently making payment towards a device you've purchased? Are you looking to purchase a new device?
