Fios App Can't login

This happens to me periodically, on my phone and on my computer. I cannot log into Verizon Fios in order to use TV apps. I get the error saying username and password not recognized. I have reset password and confirmed my username several times. But when I go back to login, I get the same error. Also have reinstalled the Verizon Fios app and cleared the cache. I don't know what else to try.
