Yesterday I upgraded my wife's phone to a new iPhone 14 pro. Order went through totally fine. After it was flagged for fraud and put on hold. I spoke with the fraud department and she said that it just needed to be cancelled and redone. She transferred me to somebody else to do re-order the phone. Same thing happened. After many transfers from department to department I found myself back with fraud. This time she said that the address I provided was the source of the problem so we changed the address and I was "double verified". She then transferred me back to sales where she assured the sales person that the hold on my account had been lifted. It had not. In the last 24 hours I have spoken to 10 different people in 4 different departments. I would be left on hold so long that somebody new would pick up the phone and no nothing about the case. I have wasted 3 hours goin around in circles. The last lady I talked to literally agreed that going back around in circles was probably not worth it. All that to say I am pretty disappointed with the service from Verizon seeing as we pay a lot of money each month.
I have messaged on chat, opened a ticket, and spoken to 10 different people. I don’t think it gets more private than that. I Would love to get this taken care of. Posting here was my last resort.
