Using my phone on the My Verizon app, I went to "add on" and clicked the free bundle. It asked for my email, so I entered the email linked to my Verizon account. Disney would not accept that email as it is associated with a past now cxld Disney subscription. So I went back and changed to another email address. Verizon had no problem and activated my offer. However, Disney will not accept the new email as it is not associated with my Verizon acct. Now Verizon says my offer is activated yet Disney will not let me sign on. Now what?
