My husband and I have spent the better part of the last two days trying to take a person off of my plan and place on his business plan and a person on the business plan switched to my personal plan. It has been nothing but a nightmare. Eli has bent over backwards trying to help but even he has finally hit a wall with Verizon. We have been customers, spending a small fortune like everyone else,since starting out with bag phones. We are only trying to do what is most affordable for both parties. It is almost impossible to ever talk to an actual person on the phone. Also, there is no benefit to being a loyal customer, all the benefits come with adding new lines or devices. We are unfortunately stuck with verizon because we live in a rural area and have no other choice! Just tired of all the spending and run around!
