Full number not reflected on message log/bill

I'm seeing a number on one of my phone lines that is not completely populated. As an example the number shows up as 000-009-5577. There are incoming and outgoing messages - all with only some of the numbers reflected (like my example above). This is happening on my current usage but it also looks the same on my bill from over a month ago. How can I find out the full number and why isn't it ever a complete number on my logs / bill? Thanks.

It's a marketing/coupon short code, most likely for a local merchant (store, restaurant, etc) that someone on your account signed up for.  Say, a local restaurant had a deal - "Text GOOD FOOD to 95577 to receive 50% off your next meal at ABC Restaurant!"  Or the same thing to get coupons and other offers via text.
