I have had a phone issue since July of 22. I have called Verizon on so many occasions I have lost count. My Father in law is elderly with dementia and his phone hasn't worked properly in weeks and I can't get anyone to actually fix it. It was supposed to be fixed multiple times now and it still doesn't work. I have been promised every week it was being worked on and would be fixed by a certain date, then I get a text saying it is resolved, but it still isn't. I'm so frustrated. Does anyone know how to get a phone fixed to where it actually works???
This does not sound right at all. We always want to help in making sure that we fix your phone. Please tell me more about what is going on.
