I recently upgraded to the S20 Ultra and was emailed a UPS label to sent my old device in. I sent it within a couple days but I'm still getting messages and emails that they are still waiting for it.
Tracking shows it delivered a couple weeks ago. I do remember the guy at the store when I was upgrading say the device ID was missing the last digit but it wouldn't matter (The phone I replaced was an insurance replacement so I guess when they put the new ID into the system, they missed a digit)
What do I do now? Verizon has my old phone but they don't seem to realize it.
The phone numbers to call all seem to have been removed due to the COVID-19 deal so my contact options seem pretty limited. I've tried replying to their emails but they don't seem to go anywhere.
