Getting ripped off on trade in

I recently traded in my S9 for a new S22+. I was quoted $800 and shipped my phone as instructed. A few weeks later I received an email stating that the trade in value had been adjusted to $15!

They said they received a Galaxy Tab 8.4 not my S9! I've never owned a Galaxy Tab and definitely did not send them one! I've tried calling and chatting online with customer support and they have been no help at all.

I'm at a loss and don't know what to do. I am considering canceling my service but I'd have to pay off my daughter's new iPhone and my new S22+ that I got ripped off on. 

I have the shipping receipt from UPS and it shows my package was 7 oz total. The Galaxy Tab 8.4 weighs over 9 oz so obviously that's not what I shipped.

Any suggestions?
