I have been a Verizon customer for 18 years, but it is now time to say goodbye. Verizon has gotten so big that it has forgotten the little people. Last month I went over my data. This is a rare occurrence. Instead of Verizon saying to a loyal longtime customer, "Hey no problem, its on us." They charged me $15.00 for another 2 gig. Its not about the money at this point. Its about where is the loyalty. I have already switched to T-Mobile, and will be cutting ties with Verizon today. Maybe I will stay with them for the next 18 years.
Good luck with T-mobile. Tried them once and you couldn't pay me to use their service again and their horrible customer service. Most around ny area thst switch to them end up switching back to verizon because signal is so bad so lucky they have good signal in your area. We have unlimited data so never worry about overages.
