Believe all of the other discussion posts on this topic. They take the “tile” away as soon as you receive your email detailing the instructions on how to redeem the offer. Ridiculous!! Customer Support gives you the run around, they insult you, and say they will “escalate” your concern, but they don’t. One guy said: “Wait ten days for another email, then you can redeem the offer.” Seriously?! So, after it expires I should try again. Then they try to sell you some upgraded protection plan. I’ll be terminating my Verizon services. The awful customer service and terrible wifi is NOT worth it.
