Got my S20 Ultra in the mail but it WON'T activate and NONE of the activation methods work!

I set up my 4 number pin and all but the activation never goes through and says I need to verify my **bleep** account.

 

Currently trying Live Chat.

 

Been with Verizon 8+ years and NEVER missed or was late on a payment, why is this such a **bleep** headache?????
