I was tricked into purchasing a new device with a promise that I will see my corrected device credit within 1-2 billing cycles. I have been contacting Verizon for months now to get my issue resolved and all I get is “ you will see it on your next bill.” I was lied to about the bill credit just so the employee could get a sale. I contacted Verizon via chat again today and got two uncaring employees who did not care enough to even review the notes or even attempt to resolve the issue. If my bill credit could not be honored, then I shouldn’t have been promised it in the first place. I was lied to just so I would purchase the device and deal with the mess later. I DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING LIED TO!!!!! And the fact that my issue is still unresolved is ridiculous!!! Verizon only cares about collecting the bill but does not have enough integrity to honor the services they charge for. VERIZON CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!
