Has anyone been able to get a satisfactory solution to anything using the chat system???

I am now 4 hours trying to get someone to upgrade my account or get it set back to the way it was. they refuse to let me chat with a supervisor and were at one point pressuring me to sign off on inaccurate documents saying "it is fine, I assure you". Not cool.

Why do they refuse to assist and then refuse to connect a supervisor?
