I've been a Verizon customer for 20 years and have never felt so scammed until now. I had claimed a prize for my August VerizonUp credit-a Mophie powerstation which I desperately needed (my old one wasn't working well with my Galaxy S9) FedEx lost the package and it's been more than a month now and I've been going back and forth with both Verizon and FedEx and it hasn't been resolved, no one wants to take any responsibility and help me, the customer.
FedEx has lost packages of mine before...but it's never been THIS hard to get something resolved and get a replacement for the lost items. Therefore I believe there was never any prize that was going to be delivered to me and I was completely scammed.
Just so disappointed in Verizon. This is no way to treat a long-time customer.
A 100% opt in program no one has to participate in..a scam? Excuse me? These 4 super tickets and various gift cards don't seem scammy to me.
Go buy a powerstation if it's a need.
