For the last couple of weeks, I have been unable to upgrade my phone through the app, the website, customer service, or in-store due to a pending order on my phone line that no is able to clear up. I have spent several hours on the phone with customer service and I have not made any progress. When I started this process the next delivery date for the Galaxy S21 was Dec. 2, now it is much later than that. I would like to upgrade before the wait time gets too long.
Is there anyone that can help me get this cleared up so I can finally upgrade my phone?
