I have attempted multiple times to get customer service to honor their agreement from DECEMBER......when we bought new phones and traded in old ones!!!!! They took our old phones, gave us no trade as agreed, and continue to charge us monthly for phones when agreement was fore “ loyal customers, you trade in your existing phone for iPhone 12 and they credit you monthly “. HELP!!! I literally have spent hours on the phone. I have written federal trade commission and better business bureau as well. Still nothing. Any suggestions? I don’t want bad credit, but feel at this point not paying and terminating service with Verizon is my only option AFTER 15 years OF BEING LOYAL CUSTOMERS... please HELP’!
We want to ensure you get the support you need with your trade in and promotional concerns, Mhenry0109. Could you please clarify what you mean in your second sentence when you say- gave us no trade as agreed? How were your device trade ins processed (online, in store)?
No. We were sent boxes to mail phones back in. We sent in 3 i phones. Our agreement was that $569 per phone would be credited as trade in on new iPhone 12. Instead, we got gift cards for nearly no value at all. ( we never spent by the way).
I tried to go to store and was told since I bought phones online, I would have to continue online.
thanks for any help you can give. Our bill is YET AGAIN wrong. $301 and no credit ....
How can you get a supervisor or someone in an authority position to contact you? I have explained the same thing 10 times....each promising resolution. I received one month credit, then it went back to wrong charges again???? I have spent hours dealing with this. We don’t want to discontinue service after 14 years, but we don’t want our credit affected
Mhenry0109, in order to look into details of your account, we would have to first validate your account.
