My bill is about $75 higher than it should be. Absolutely no explanation. Cannot get any response from "live" chat or by phone. Are there any live reps left?
Are you looking at the bill summary or the detailed bill? The detailed bill would have the charges broken down individually.
Is this your first bill with Verizon Wireless? Did you make any changes to your account recently?
