I was told that i was going to receive a 100$ port in credit when i changed from my AT&T phone. I waited 2 bill cycles, that were extremely confusing and high, and i called about my port in credit. I was told that it would not come into affect until my 3rd bill. I was ok with this and waited another month and i had yet another extremely high bill for some apparent reason and no port in credit. I called again and they proceeded to tell me that i was not receiving one and that they were not offering that program at the time. This is some [Removal required by the Verizon Wireless Terms of Service] . Every Phone company are liars, cheaters, and con men. They just screw you as much as they can, especially verizon.

I am so disappointed with Verizon. We were also promised the port in credit when we switched to Verizon, and after contacting them several times and being told it would appear in our next billing cycle, I even spoke to a supervisor that told me my line did qualify for the credit... but I was finally told today that I was not getting anything because that promotion was not being offered when I ported my lines. I cannot believe they lied to us just to get us to change from our previous service provider.
